In school, they made a huge pan of peanut butter fudge and iced with chocolate fudge thin layer and refrigerated and cut in squares and served. It was wrapped in plastic wrap too. It was delicous. It may have just been a big glob of peanut butter and powdered sugar mixed with chocolate melted on top. Anyway, I'm sure ladies who cooked in school cafeterias would know this recipe, thank you.
