Several years ago I tasted homemade peanut brittle that was different from any I have ever tasted. It was thicker, but very airy....not just a slab of hard toffee. It was crunch but lite. Any ideas? I have tried adding more soda, adding less soda, nothing has worked.
I sure would appreciate any advice or a wonderful recipe.
