STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM MOLD
3 pkg. (3 oz. each) strawberry flavored gelatin 2 1/3 cups boiling water 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen strawberries 3 pkg. (3 oz. each) lemon-flavored gelatin 3 cups boiling water 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened 2/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing (Miracle Whip) Yellow food coloring if desired Whipped cream or frozen whipped topping
In large bowl, dissolve strawberry flavored gelatin in 2 1/3 cups boiling water.
Stir in frozen strawberries until gelatin is thickened and strawberries are thawed. Spoon into oiled 12 cup fluted tube pan. Chill until firm.
In large bowl, dissolve lemon flavored gelatin in 3 cups boiling water. Chill until thickened, but not set.
In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add mayonnaise, blend well.
Beat thickened lemon-flavored gelatin until light colored and foamy.
Blend in cream cheese mixture and food coloring. Spoon over firm strawberry mixture in pan. Chill until firm.
Serve with whipped cream.
