I am looking for a recipe for benuelos (sorry about the spelling). They were like fried dough balls and then Mami Petra would put them in a jar with sugar syrup to soak for a day or so.

Anyone know what I'm talking about? Recipe? Maybe Gladys, you seem to be the PR chef around here.
