DAY AHEAD CAKE
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup nuts 1 cup thawed Cool Whip 1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine, melted Egg Beaters (pasteurized egg product) to equal 2 eggs 1 box vanilla wafers
Mix all ingredients except vanilla wafers together.
Begin by layering wafers in square or rectangular pan. Next a layer of topping, then wafers and so on ending with topping as last layer. Refrigerate overnight.
