Denise, this has some of the ingredients you mentioned. Perhaps if you lengthened the baking time you could make it in a 13x9 pan. Hope you find exactly what you are looking for I will keep looking.

KOLACHES

2 cups milk
1/2 cup shortening
2 cakes yeast
warm water
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon salt
flour (as needed)
Jam or Cheese Filling (recipe follows)

Scald milk with the shortening; cool.

Dissolve yeast in a little warm water. Add beaten eggs, sugar, and salt. Mix together.

Stir in flour, as long as it can be stirred with a spoon.

Knead until smooth, but not stiff like bread. Let rise till double in bulk.

Knead down and let rise until doubled again.

Place on floured board, roll one-half inch thick.

Cut into squares. Poke a hole down into the center to make a well and fill with jam or Cheese Filling. Place on greased pan, let rise.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.

A shortcut is to use frozen bread dough, bun size, and let rise about half way and then fill.

CHEESE FILLING:
2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup coconut
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon flavoring
a pinch of salt

Combine filling ingredients and use to fill Kolaches before baking.
