In the question of exact amounts for the "wheatberry bread" I used my kitchen aid and put about 2 cups of kutia, about 3/4 cup starter from old dough, 1 tbsp yeast, about I cup liguid, four or so tbsp vegetable oil. Then I put sufficient flour to make a dough that did not stick. If you think the amount of grain and poppy seed is too much, add a little more liquid and flour. If you are not using a starter, just continue as usual, without it.
