TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE
1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked 8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained 1 (10 oz) can condensed cream of celery soup (or cream of mushroom) 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, defrosted 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional) 3/4 cup milk 2 tbsp. chopped pimentos 1 cup crushed potato chips In 3 quart casserole, combine tuna, noodles, soup, peas, mushrooms, milk, and pimentos; mix well. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on high power 6 minutes and at medium power for 10 to 12 minutes. Stir twice. Top with potato chips. Let stand, uncovered, 3 minutes. |
