I am looking for a recipe for a Butter Cookie made by small corner bakeries years ago. The cookie was usually formed by a cookie press and then a glace cherry placed in the middle. The cookie is VERY tender and made with real butter. I have tried several recipes that sound like this but none have the tender, very rich butter taste. Can anyone help?? Thank You!!
