My Great Grandma used to make poteca all the time, especially the holidays. Her recipe book was lost over the past couple years,(which I couldn't read anyway!) but she had wrote it out in english also. She passed away and I have not been able to locate the recipe since. I made the recipe off this posting and it brought back memories. It wasn't exactly like gmas, but close. She used pecans, and no lemon, any other differences, I dont remember. She also used to make some type of apple strudel that I would love to have if anone knows the recipe. Thanks
