GOLDEN CHICKEN AND RICE1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3/4 lb. Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cubed
3 cups cooked rice
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped pi m ie nto
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken cut up
Heat soup and process cheese spread over low heat; stir until process cheese spread is melted.
Add rice, onion and pimiento; mix well. Pour into 13 1/2 x 8 3/4-inch baking dish. Arrange chicken on top of rice mixture.
Cover; bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Uncover; continue baking 15 minutes,
