CREOLE FISH FILLETS1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 lb. Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cubed
4 to 6 fish fillets, broiled
Saute celery, onion and green pepper in margarine.
Blend in flour. Stir in tomatoes and process cheese spread; cook, stirring constantly until process cheese spread melts and mixture thickens.
Serve over broiled fish.
Makes 4-6 servings
