CALICO TUNA SHORTCAKE1/2 cup thin celery slices
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread. cubed
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained, flaked
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
Hot biscuits
Saute celery and onion in margarine.
Blend in flour. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in process cheese spread, tuna and pimiento; heat until process cheese spread melts.
Serve over biscuits.
Makes 6 servings
