SAUCY VEGETABLES1/2 lb. Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cubed
1/4 cup milk
2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen cut green beans, cooked, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced carrots, cooked, drained
1 cup canned French fried onions
Heat process cheese spread and milk over low heat; stir until sauce is smooth.
Add green beans and carrots; heat. Pour into serving dish; top with onions.
Makes 4 servings
