FAMILY STEAK MARINADE

1/2 cup Heinz Tomato Ketchup
1/3 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Heinz Wine Vinegar
1 teaspoon Heinz Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon minced fresh onion
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 pounds flank, top round or chuck steak

Combine all ingredients except meat. Place meat shallow baking dish; pour marinade over meat. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or longer, turning occasionally.

Grill or broil to desired degree of doneness, brushing with remaining marinade.

Place meat on cutting board and thinly slice diagonally across grain. Serve immediately.

Makes about 1 1/4 cups marinade
