MOCHA

2 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee
Few grains ground cinnamon
1/3 cup Carnation Instant Nonfat Dry Milk crystals
1 cup water

Combine ingredients in saucepan. Stir until well mixed. Heat over medium heat until mixture reaches a boil; stir constantly.

Makes 1 1/4 cups
