MUELLER'S ONION SOUP

1 package Mueller’s Egg Alphabet macaroni
6 onions, sliced
3 tablespoons butter
1 quart stock (or 4 bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 quart boiling water)
6 tablespoons grated cheese

Cook egg alphabet macaroni as directed on package and drain.

Saute the onions in the butter 5 minutes.

Add stock and when boiling add the cooked macaroni.

Pour soup into casserole, sprinkle cheese over top and bake in a 450 degrees F oven until cheese is melted.
