MUELLER'S PIQUANT ELBOW MACARONI SALAD

1 package Mueller’s Elbow Macaroni
1 green bell pepper
1 pimiento
1 onion, minced
1/2 cup highly seasoned French dressing
salad greens
mayonnaise

Cook elbow macaroni as directed, drain and chill.

Cut pepper and pimiento into small pieces, reserving one ring of green pepper for garnishing.

Mix elbow macaroni with pepper, pimiento, onion and French dressing. Press firmly into a bowl and chill.

When ready to serve, unmold on a large salad plate, surround with salad greens and garnish with green pepper ring and mayonnaise.
