I made a cake a few years ago it was really yummy.I have lost the recipe Wacky cake is the name.
Best I remember it only took 3 or 4 things.Vinegar was 1 of the weird things you poked holes in the cake & put in some vingar.The icing was something simply like a glaze you heated & poured onto cake.My mouth waters thinking about this cake!
