I am looking for a recipe I found in the 70's for pistachio pudding cake. I think it was in a Good Housekeeping or similar magazine. The cake was a mix with club soda or 7-up added, along with the pistachio pudding and either walnuts or almonds. It was baked in a bundt cake pan. And afer cooling, the cake was sliced in the middle lenghtwise. A second box of instant pudding was prepared and put between the two layers and then in the hole in the middle. I can't find this recipe anywhere. Can anyone help?
