CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING

2 squares Baker’s Unsweetened Chocolate
3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup hot milk
3 cups sifted confectioners’ sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup peanut butter

Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler.

Combine milk, sugar, and salt. Add chocolate mixture gradually, mixing until blended. Add peanut butter and blend.

Makes 2 cups frosting, or enough to cover tops and sides of two 8-inch layers, or the top and sides of 9x9x2-inch cake.
