BISQUICK NUT BREAD1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cups milk
3 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix first 4 Ingredients. Beat hard 30 seconds. Stir in nuts. Pour into well greased loaf pan, 9x5x3-inches.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes, until toothpick stuck into center comes out clean. Crack in top is typical. Cool before slicing.
Makes 1 loaf
