UPSIDE-DOWN APRICOT BUNS1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
10 cooked (or canned) apricot halves, drained
1 can Pillsbury Refrigerated Biscuits
Combine butter and brown sugar; divide into 10 ungreased muffin cups.
Place one apricot half, cut-side up, in each. Top with Biscuits.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool 1 minute. Loosen buns; invert on waxed paper. Cool 1 minute before removing pan.
