The first 2 seem closer to the one I was thinking of. Except in Mom's recipe hers was layered. Kind of like a trifle or lasagna. Cracker crumbs, then lemon mixture, then again crumbs until you ended with the crumbs. She would keep in the freezer and we would scoop it out like we would ice cream. Sooo good we could hardley wait. Thanks a lot Guys!!
