BARBECUED MEAT LOAVES 4 cups corn flakes (or 1 cup corn flake crumbs) 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 cup milk 2 teaspoons salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 tablespoon chopped onion 1 1/2 pounds ground beef FOR THE TOPPING: 1 cup chili sauce 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard 1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar Heat oven to 350 degrees F. If using corn flakes, crush into fine crumbs; place in mixing bowl. Add eggs, milk, salt, pepper, onion and ground beef; mix thoroughly. Shape meat mixture into 8 small loaves, Place on greased shallow baking pan. Mix chili sauce, brown sugar, mustard and vinegar in small bowl; spoon over loaves. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees F) about 50 minutes, basting loaves with sauce occasionally during baking. Serve hot.
