Hi Jeff, I just did this as a course on New Year's Eve for a client...a Hawaiian 8 course dinner! It's really great.
Pasta w/Macadamia Nut Pesto 2 c. fresh basil leaves 6 T. unslated macadamia nut bits 6 T. grated Parmesan Cheese 3 cloves garlic, minced 6 T. olive oil Pasta
Combine all but oil and pasta in food processor. Process and as you do, slowly pour oil in. Store in refrigerator in air tight container. Let come to room temp. before serving. Serve over hot pasta and toss to coat. About 6-8 servings!
