Hi Here is a recipe for cucumber spread - very easy and good!

2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cucumber, peeled and shredded (not seeds)
several green onions, chopped fine
paprika (for garnish)
crackers or cocktail bread (for serving)

Cream cheese til soft. Add mayonnaise and mix. Stir in cukes and onions. Sprinkle with paprika. Keep in fridge.

Spread on crackers or cocktail bread.
