I have a potato ricer that my mother gave me years ago. I have never used it because I'm not exactly sure how to. Do you boil potaoes and let them cool thoroghly before ricing them or do you use the ricer while the potatoes are still warm? What else can this gadget be used for? Many thanks for your help!!
