Most of my All Clad is nonstick, but I have one that is not - I really like the plain stainless steel pan. I'm thinking of getting more of them. Sometimes my nonstick will scratch a little. I have to be so careful not to scratch the nonstick with cooking utensils. The plain stainless I don't have to worry. And I find that with the plain stainless things don't stick to the bottom and it is easy as the nonstick to clean. I guess if I had it to do over, I would get the plain stainless and have just the fry pans in the nonstick.
