I have the book in front of me. It's (boy was I way off) TheDonvier Ice Cream Dessert Book. Comparing Sherbert recipes is a big surprise. The little book that comes with the machine has lemon and this one has: Lemonade, Lime, Orange, Limeade, Chocolate Sherbet L'Orange and Marmalade. Do any of these interest you. I will gladly post, the recipes are quite short, 3 or 4 ingredients and the instructions are all the same. Just let me know.
