I've put in 3 recipes here. One for a Lime Ice, which is wonderful. Just mix these up, pour in and freeze for about 25-30 minutes. They are wonderful. Wish I could try your weekend ice cream. Maybe I'll do one on Sunday. Have a GREAT weekend. Sally

LIME SHERBET

2 2/3 cups milk (I use non fat-works great)
7/8 cups lime juice (7/8 cups = 1 cup minus 2 tablespoons
1 cup sugar
drop green good coloring - optional

Combine all ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves. Mixture will look curdles. Makes about 1 quart

ANOTHER ONE:
1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
2 1/4 cups milk

In a saucepan over high heat, combine water and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Chill thoroughly Stir in orange juice and milk. Makes about 1 quart.

Have you ever tried ices? I'm going to include a lime ice recipe too.

LIME ICE

1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup lime juice
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
2 cups cold water
drop green food coloring, optional

In a small saucepan over high heat, combine wate and sugar. Stir occasionally until sugar dissolves. Chill thoroughly. Combine with remaining ingredients. Makes about 1 quart.
