WEll a long while ago we had quite the talk aobut steamers and rice. the verdict then was they were worth it. Janie HIGHLY recommended hers which is sunbeam ... i even bought one but then is same trip returned it becuse i didn't think i would use it enough ... but i may still do it i wanted another gadget more then ...
At Chritmas last yr. the lady i work for's family was in town and we were talking aobut rice steamers and she was saying how nice it is to turn it on and leave it and that seems to be the BIG plus, not to worry that it is burning ... do a search here back oh maybe in march or so and you'll see some postings on it if you don't have luck with "steamer" try a search with Janie as author ...
