that they did scrambled eggs on it while at college! I mentioned your post (and asked her if she still had the sandwich maker) when we were chatting on the phone last night. She said 'no, she didn't have it - long gone'. Said they sprayed the machine with Pam (etc.) and then carefully spooned in some eggs that they'd whipped up for scrambled ... but has no idea how long they cooked. She said they also put brown and serve sausages in and slices of Canadian bacon.

This leads me to believe that its up to your imagination. Why not try it with some flour tortillas, cut to size? Or maybe some leftover pancakes? And then put what filling you like, etc.
