Basic Bread for Hitachi HB B101 Makes 1 large loaf
1 1/8 cups water 3 cups bread flour 1 1/2 tsp salt 3 tablespoons sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons butter 1 1/2 tablespoons dry milk dry yeast: 1 to 1 1/2 tsp (bread setting) OR 2 tsp (bread rapid setting)
Install mixing blade, put ingredients into pan in order listed, make sure yeast is on top of dry flour.
Put pan in unit, close lid and plug into wall outlet. Push start.
After the beeping stops (when bread is finished kneading, rising, and baking) push the off button, open lid, and pull the pan out by the handle.
To remove the bread from the bread pan, shake upside down.
