I have a Breadman Plus. When I first got it, I couldn't bake anything in it that had much sugar in it. Tried a whole wheat with molasses and other yummy things and it nearly welded itself to the pan! I dug out what I could and soaked the rest out and called the company. I was ready to do battle but the rep I talked to was so sweet she really took the wind out of my sails. She said that they had found that the first pans didn't have enough teflon coating on them and they got too hot. Took my address and I had a new pan in less than a week. It works wonderful. Never had another problem. If I were you, I'd call the company and state your case to the customer rep and maybe they'll send you a new pan. It's sure worth a try. Good luck!
