I received a wearever chicken bucket without instructions. Looking through old posts, I found a recipe but have a couple of questions. How can I tell when the grease is at 350 degrees? After the chicken is browned and you screw the lid on, do you turn the temperature of the range down, and if so, how far? Does anyone else have additional recipes for use of this bucket? Thanks, MB
