I don't have the recipe booklet or instructions that came with the bucket-i found the chicken recipe and have tried it-the kids like it very much but the crust doesn't brown as well as I would like-maybe the oil isn't hot enough or I am frying too much at one time? I would love to have some other recipes from the booklet. are there any that you particularly like that you would share? Mary Beth
