Creamsicle Ice Source: Pampered Chef pamphlet, shared by Sarah Gruenwald
1 can (6 oz) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 2 cups half and half 1/2 cup water 1/3 cup sugar 1 tbsp vanilla
Place juice concentrate, half and half, water, sugar and vanilla in bowl. Mix with whisk until sugar is dissolved. Divide the mixture evenly (depending on ice shaving machine being used) among ice cube trays or Ice Shaver tubs. Freeze until firm. Remove from trays or tubs and shave. Serve with spoon.
Lighter variation: Replace the half and half with 2 cups canned evaporated skim milk. Prepare as above.
