Hi to SANDY TENNESSEE
I have also been trying to find Welbilt web site with no success. Did they go out of buisiness? I lost the round red rubber thing to my machine and wanted to replace it. Oh well, guess I'll have to buy a new machine. Here is a recipe that works great in the old "The Bread Machine" by Welbilt. It's great for toasting.
Start with
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups bread flour
1/4 cups old fashion oats
1 Tablespoon sugar (or honey)
2 Teaspoons yeast (or 1 packet dry)
1 cup & 3 tablespoons water
I let the machine mix for a couple min. then pull the plug. Let it rest for about 5-10 min. then plug it in again and let it process through.
Happy Baking!
Joyce
