I realize that your message is 3 years old; but I was wondering if you ever did get an instruction booklet for your Galloping Gourmet convection oven, The Perfection Aire 707? I inherited a new one from my father; but never received an instruction booklet. Nor can I find a website for the company. Have you found any of these things? Cristi
