This one is easy. The blade is stuck, because of the sugar in the bread recipe. Just put super hot water in the pan and let it sit for about 2 minutes. Move the blade manually from the bottom. It will loosen.

To prevent this from happening, just make sure that you remove the bread promptly after the buzzer goes off and immediately place hot water in the pan. While it is still hot, move the paddle from the bottom and remove it from the spindle.
