VEGGIE BREAD For Regal Breadmaker Recipe developed in the Regal test kitchen using various Regal Breadmakers.
1 1/2 POUND LOAF: 7 to 8 ounces water 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine 3 cups bread flour 1 1/2 tablespoons dry milk 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons dried vegetable flakes 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 POUND LOAF: 10 to 12 ounces water 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 4 cups bread flour 2 tablespoons dry milk 2 tablespoons sugar 3 tablespoons dried vegetable flakes 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
All ingredients should be at room temperature (70-80 degrees F/21-27 degrees C)
Press STOP to clear display.
Select the BASIC setting (Note: settings may vary between different breadmaker models. Check your instruction manual for your correct setting.)
Press START.
When the unit signals and the display reads 0:00, press STOP and remove the bread.
