ITALIAN RAISIN BREAD For Regal Breadmaker Model K6743
3/4 cup warm water 1 egg 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 cups bread flour 1/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons dry milk 3/4 cup raisins 1/4 cup pignoli (pine nuts) or walnuts 1/4 cup glazed red cherries
Measure the first seven ingredients into the bread pan. Set the bread pan into the breadmaker.
Press STOP to clear display.
Select the SWEET setting (5).
Press START.
When the unit signals and the display reads 3:00, add raisins, nuts and fruit slowly. You may need to lay a spatula on top of the dough to help distribute these ingredients into the dough.
When the unit sounds again and the display reads 0:00, press STOP and remove the bread.
