I bought a set of ultrex in 2001. The skillets starting sticking in about 6 months. I sent them back, that was very expensive. It took 4 months to get them back. The new ones lasted less time than the first ones. Now the rest of the set is sticking. Calling HSN customer service is a complete waste of time as is Ultrex customer service, if you could call it that!!!
Save yourself some money. Don't buy it!!
