Here all the way from the Netherlands. I have been given the same breadmachine as a present. I've got a recipe for you. I've translated it from Dutch into English, but I don't know about the units you use in Canada, or what the ingredients are called. Maybe you should look it up if you don't understand something. WHOLE WEAT BREAD
Source: Kenmore Bread Machine Instruction Book

260 ml water
2 spoons thin milk powder
2 spoons sunflower oil
2.5 spoons brown caster sugar
1.25 teaspoons salt
24 OZ whole wheat-malt brown bread flour
1.25 teaspoons fast-working yeast

select the number 3 (whole wheat) from the menu.

I haven't tried it myself, but it's in my instruction book that came with the machine. So I assume its okay. I wish you success trying it. I would like to hear if it worked out well. I have only used all-in-mixes, and that works great, because you only have to add water.
