I would like a recipe for zucchini bread to be made in a bread machine. My recipes makes 2 loaves, (9x5) and I have to bake them in the oven -- way too hot right now to turn the oven on. I DO NOT want a recipe that calls for yeast -- just a quick bread recipe. Thanks for your help!
