I made mini-meatloaves in the GT Xpress101, and in 15 minutes, they were cooked completely through! It's an awesome appliance when you have 3 hungry kids! I've also done pancakes, muffins, the "pineapple-outside-in cake" recipe from the book, and stuffing and pork chops. It's done everything well!
