LEAN 'N' GREEN
1 1/2 cups chopped honeydew melon, chilled
1/2 cup white grape juice
1/2 cup seeded cucumber
3/4 cup frozen green grapes
Combine honeydew, grape juice and cucumber in a blender. Add grapes. Blend until smooth. This smoothie is particularly cool and hydrating on a hot summer day.
Servings: 2
Per serving: 109 calories, 1g protein, 1g fat (0g saturated), 28g carbohydrates, 16mg sodium, 0mg cholesterol, 1g dietary fiber.
