I have never baked a cake in my small Nesco 8qt apliance. I would like to make my granddaughter a strawberry cake, even if it is the box cake, but my big oven is not working properly. I have lost the book and would love to know how to use my oven. If someone can please help with that I would appreciate it so much. Happy New Year
