I have a wonderful starter for sourdough bread that I have use for many years and would like to try it out in my Welbilt-but am not sure what the rules for transition are. I typically do not BAKE my bread in the bread machine - I frequently use it THRU the kneading process only. Thank you for any help or suggestions.
